As in every project Time, Cost and Quality are important and crucial aspects, so is the People (Human Resources) who will be working on the project. Human Resources is a major part of any project. Different resources are required for the projects at various times with different skills and qualifications. The resources have to be used effectively in order to deliver results successfully. Like for web design and development project, graphics designer works to create graphics and images, a programmer does the coding part and tester performs website testing. For a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) project different skills are required to study the website structure, keywords research and identification, analyze other various elements and SEO works with other resources e.g. copy writer, programmer and/or designer for modifications in the code or site design. For Search Engine Marketing (SEM) resource person may preferably have SEO skills and a complete knowledge about search engine marketing and analytical skills to analyze PPC management or other ads performance data procured from search engines or other online marketing websites. Similarly, for software and application development projects resources need to have technical skills, domain knowledge, expertise in computer databases and programming languages, experience in development related areas. This segment of experienced and qualified resources need to have necessary functional or technical knowledge and experience such as Web Designers, Programmers, System Analysts, Software Developers, Software Engineers, Database Architects, Application Architects, Copy Writer for copy writing etc.
