Scope of Work
Project's scope of work need to be precise that is clear in terms of plan, purpose, scope statement, scope change, change control, major tasks, minor tasks, sub tasks, and deliverables. Some assumptions and estimates for example Time, Cost and Quality and human resources are based on scope of work. If scope of work grows or shrinks, this will have impact on the whole project. For example, scope of work for a static Website Design or Search Engine Optimization (SEO) project may be lesser than for a dynamic website.
