What will be done first or parallel or is dependency based. Each task will have an input and output. Time is allocated for each task. Other factors budget, quality and human resources availability may affect time for the tasks to complete. Time to design a small simple website or search engine optimization (SEO) may take less time than a large or a dynamic website.
